4 Typical add-on prices from website builders and freelance setup services, 2026. Your domain is the one thing that renews, about $10–20 a year, paid to the registrar.

Built properly, it works four ways over.

Three ways people find you, one thing they do when they land. The pages Google ranks are the pages ChatGPT quotes, the pages your ads land on, and the pages with a Call button at the top.

Frequently asked questions

Are there any monthly fees?

No. Our design price is a one-time payment. We keep your website online for free. The only thing you pay for yourself is your web address (domain), usually $10–20 a year.

How long does it take?

Usually about two weeks from your first message to going live. You see a design within about a week.

I already have a Google listing. Do I need a website?

They do different jobs, and you want both. Your Google listing is how people find you: hours, phone number, map. It’s free, so keep it. Your website is what they check before they decide — your full menu or price list, your photos, your services, and the answers to whatever made them hesitate. Your listing links to it. The difference is control: Google decides what your listing shows and can change it. Your website is yours.

What do I need to give you?

Whatever you have: your logo if you have one, a few photos, your services and prices, opening hours, and contact details. If you’re missing some of it, we help. We can write the text with you and suggest photos.

When do I pay?

After you’ve seen and approved your design, before the site goes live. One payment. The payment details are in your quote.

Why is hosting free?

Local business websites are small and fast, so keeping them online costs us very little. We would rather cover it than send you a bill every month.

Is hosting really free?

Yes, for standard local-business websites: your services, photos, opening hours, and contact details. We use free hosting plans and set them up for you. If your project needs a paid extra, like an online ordering or booking system, we tell you the cost before we build.

How is this different from Wix or Squarespace?

Those tools charge a monthly or yearly plan for as long as your site exists, and you build the site yourself. With us, you pay once, we do the work, you own the result, and hosting is free for a standard site. Your web address costs about the same either way.

What if I need changes later?

The site is yours, so you can change it yourself or ask anyone to. If you’d like us to make an update, we quote for that job on its own. You never need a monthly plan to keep your site online.

Can you replace my existing website?

Yes. Show us your current site and tell us what you’d like better. We build the new one, connect your existing web address, and tell you which subscriptions you can cancel.

  1. Free hosting applies to standard local-business websites and is subject to the hosting provider’s limits. Paid extras such as online ordering or booking systems are quoted before we build.
  2. Your web address (domain) is registered in your name and renews at about $10–20 a year, paid to the registrar. Typical price shown.
  3. Typical timeline. Larger sites, or slow feedback on the design, can take longer.
  4. Typical add-on prices from website builders and freelance setup services, 2026. Your domain is the one thing that renews, about $10–20 a year, paid to the registrar.
  5. Five-year totals, in US dollars, September 2026. Ours is $749 once for the website, and the five-year figure shown on our card is the recurring cost only: domain renewal from year one at about $15 a year, roughly $75 across the five years, paid to the registrar, with nothing recurring to us. Everything in, that is about $824 over five years. Wix uses the Core plan, the cheapest tier that includes bookings, at $348 a year, plus domain renewal from year two. Agency uses the low end of every range: a $2,000 build, a $95 monthly retainer and $15 a month hosting. Re-check the builders’ plan pages every few months.
  6. Example figures. Real click prices vary by trade and area.
